  17. <p>     Forget Superman. Batman too. Kids know who the real
  18. superheroes are: athletes. NBC hopes to take advantage of that
  19. sentiment this fall with a new Saturday-morning cartoon series.
  20. ProStars features animated versions of Bo Jackson, Michael
  21. Jordan and Wayne Gretzky, but winning games is not in this
  22. picture. These pros are going after "all the wrongs of the
  23. world." With the help of Mom, a manager who supplies them with
  24. powerful sports gadgets, the athletes use their talents to help
  25. kids cope with problems they can't handle alone. The real pros
  26. won't do the voices, but they'll show up in live-action segments
  27. driving home the values taught in each episode: sportsmanship,
  28. fitness and a winning attitude.
